• Milestone: remove CLHEP dependency

  Either use MathCore?, preferably in such a way that another package can easily be substituted, or use a built-in four-vector class such as Andy's one.

  This will be released for beta testing, but won't replace the main release until sufficient regression testing and benchmarking has been done to ensure that the new version works and isn't slower than the original.
