A wrapper for using LHAPDF (V5.3) with a C++ program

Provided initially courtesy of Stefan Gieseke. and modified by Mike Whalley for version 5 onwards.

Comprising the following files:
LHAPDFfw.f
LHAPDFWrap.cc
LHAPDFWrap.h

plus:
and a test program:
test-lhapdf-ccwrap.cc

All in the tar file ccwrap.tar

Note that the LHAPDF installation procedure now automatically builds a static wrapper library LHAPDFWrap.a, and a dynamic one LHAPDFWrap.so, using the above programmes.
This is installed in the same place as the Fortran library LHAPDF.a (and .so).
