Conflicts with CERNLIB

Since version 5.6.0 there are no name conflicts with CERNLIB.

Between version 5.3.1 and 5.5.1 the only name conflict with CERNLIB was FINT (in wrapgrv.f) which was renamed FINT_LHA in version 5.6.0

Between version 5.0.0 and 5.3.0 the only name conflicts with CERNLIB were VERO (in QCDNUM.f) which was renamed as VZERO_LHA in version 5.3.1 and FINT (in wrapgrv.f) which was renamed FINT_LHA in version 5.6.0
