SuperCHIC: Monte Carlo Event Generator for Central Exclusive Production
The enclosed standalone Fortran code provides public access to the Monte Carlo generator described in: L.A. Harland-Lang, V.A. Khoze, M.G. Ryskin, W.J. Stirling"Central exclusive chi_c meson production at the Tevatron revisited" arXiv:0909.4748 [hep-ph]. L.A. Harland-Lang, V.A. Khoze, M.G. Ryskin, W.J. Stirling "Standard candle central exclusive processes at the Tevatron and LHC" arXiv:1005.0695 [hep-ph]. Please reference these papers if you use the programme for a publication. The program currently generates weighted events for central exclusive γγ, χqJ and ηq production, with q=(b,c) and J=(0,1,2). The decay of χcJ states is generated via the transition χc → J/ψ γ → μ+ μ- γ and χbJ via χb → ϒ γ → μ+ μ- γ Alternatively, χqJ and ηq decays can be generated via the two body transition X → h1 + h2 with h(1,2) scalar or fermionic states of mass mh. All processes can be generated at cms energies of √s = 1.96, 7, 10 and 14 TeV and χcJ production can also be generated at √s= 500 GeV.
